- Отношусь к этому отрицательно. Какой в этом смысл? Хотим мы площадь Республики иметь, давайте в другом месте построим. Ну и время не самое лучшее.
Самое главное, идет подмена понятий фундаментального права граждан. Почему власти города, республики не спрашивают у народа? Просто подготовили свой акт, и провели для галочки публичные слушания, не имеющие юридического значения, для выпуска пара.
По этим вопросам надо провести референдум, в том числе и по выборам мэра. Почему опять нас не спрашивают? Пусть народ решает. @sakhaday
