Согласно документу, организация будет заниматься социальным, культурным, интеллектуальным и физическим развитием молодежи, а также "формированием нравственных и смысловых ориентиров молодежи" и укреплением "общероссийской гражданской идентичности".
Кроме того, "Опричники" будут проводить просветительские, исторические и спортивные мероприятия.
Курировать "Опричников" будет местное министерство молодежной политики. До 31 марта ему поручено зарегистрировать проект, утвердить его состав и назначить руководителя.
