Похоже Дума вслед за ЦБ пытается убедить граждан, что цифрового рубля бояться не надо. Это типа для борьбы с мошенниками. Но делается это по привычке так криво, что число желающих избежать этого платежного средства только увеличится. Полный контроль за своими тратами не нравится не только мошенниками.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
