"Мы не воюем с Россией, защита права Украины на независимость – это другое дело. Я выступаю за мирную конференцию, в которой должны участвовать Россия и Китай. Однако я считаю, что Россия должна прийти на эту конференцию не с решением, в смысле капитуляции и поражения Украины, потому что иначе это не было бы мирным соглашением", - заявил он на пресс-конференции в Риме.
