Из них 1,9 млрд руб. будут направлены на финансирование социально значимых расходов — на зарплату бюджетникам, лекарства льготным категориям граждан и на социальные выплаты участникам СВО. Остальные средства — на подготовку к зиме и закупку аппарата МРТ для республиканской больницы.
