Тогда сотрудник ГИБДД предложил не составлять протокол, и заплатить за свои услуги 30 тысяч рублей.
Водитель согласился и отдал всю сумму.
Потом преступление выявили сотрудники собственной безопасности МВД по КЧР.
Дело сотрудника ГАИ направили в Зеленчукский районный суд республики.
«Действиям взяткодателя также дана надлежащая уголовно-правовая оценка», - заявили в следственном ведомстве.
