⚡️В Москве задержан мужчина, подозреваемый в попытке воспрепятствовать законной профессиональной деятельности журналиста
Следователями ГСУ СК России по городу Москве возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 144 УК РФ. По данным следствия, 7 ноября 2023 года мужчина, находясь на лестничной площадке в подъезде жилого дом по адресу проживания журналиста Александра Коца и его супруги, попытался оказать психическое воздействие на супругу журналиста. Таким образом фигурант хотел воспрепятствовать профессиональной деятельности журналиста.
В ближайшее время фигурант будет доставлен в подразделение столичного СК, где следователи приступят к его допросу.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
