С 1 ноября в России начнут рассылать электронные повестки. В случае неявки призывнику грозят ограничения

Постановление о правилах работы единого реестра воинского учета было опубликовано на сайте Правительства России.

Согласно ему, в электронном реестре будут содержаться все сведения о воинском учёте и о гражданах, которые подлежат призыву — данные о недвижимости, уголовных и административных делах и др.
Запись в базе будет содержать информацию о месте жительства, в том числе не по месту регистрации.

Как сообщается, повестка будет считаться врученной через семь дней после ее размещения в электронном реестре — после этого призывники не смогут покидать страну.
