Хотел добавить описание, но поставил видео на таймер и благополучно забыл. Итак, что тут у нас. А здесь нюансы перезаряжания болтовых винтовок, а именно, как это делать правильно. Вроде все интуитивно понятно, но суть в следующем.

Рукоятку затвора полностью рукой не хватаем. В идеале должно быть минимум движений: выстрелил, слегка поднял ладонь (зацепив затвор), отвел большим пальцем к себе, затем от себя, ладонь вниз и пальцы легли на спуск и пистолетную рукоятку.

Во время стрельбы оружие удерживаем крепко, наблюдаем за целью, взгляд не отводим.
