▪️дефляция обусловлена низкой покупательной способностью населения, сокращением ликвидности и укреплением курса афгани (+22,8% против доллара с 2021) - она создает замкнутый круг препятствий экономическому росту
▪️запрет выращивания опиума лишил фермеров $1,3 млрд доходов, что эквивалентно 8% ВВП и 450 тыс. рабочих мест
▪️на основе данных за январь прогнозируется увеличение дефицита торгового баланса с $5,9 млрд до $8,8 млрд в 2023 - но около 30% на самом деле составляет пакистанский импорт через афганских посредников, что подтверждает и динамика курса афгани
▪️бюджет на текущий финансовый год увеличен на 43%
▪️единственный выход - стратегические инвестиции в сельское хозяйство и его инфраструктуру
