"Предлагается остановить действие ряда международных договоров Гаагской конференции по международному частному праву, Совета Европы и ООН в отношениях с РФ и РБ, а также двустороннего договора между Украиной и Беларусью о передаче лиц, осужденных к лишению свободы, для последующего отбывания наказания", — говорится в пояснительной записке.
