Первым проектом бренда MONO станет MONO Kami (Якиманка, Пыжевский пер., 5). Он будет включать четыре корпуса, где запланировано 75 лотов средней площадью 150 м2. За разработку концепции отвечало архитектурное бюро "Цимайло Ляшенко и Партнеры". Рендеры уже можно оценить 👆🏻.
