Преступление произошло в ноябре 2020 года, когда нижегородец пригласил к себе в гости коллегу по работе.
Отлучившись за сигаретами к соседу, отец вернулся и увидел, что гость лежит на его пятилетнем сыне на диване, пытается поцеловать и засунуть руки ему под нижнее белье.
Между мужчинами произошла драка, в ходе которой отец выгнал из квартиры гостя, после чего сообщил об этом в полицию. В отношении педофила возбудили уголовное дело.
Суд назначил подсудимому 13 лет лишения свободы в колонии особого режима.
