Проект состоит из двух корпусов объединённых единым стилобатом. Архитектурные решения выполнены с отсылками к неоготике. Общая площадь проекта составляет порядка 63 000 м².

Проект разработан бюро «Апекс».

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Автозаводская улица, вл. 22.

Изначально проект согласовывала группа ЛСР, но есть подозрение, что Жк сменил владельца.
