Компания «MR Group» получила градостроительный план земельного участка (ГПЗУ) на свой проект по адресу: Верейская улица, вл. 29.

На участке площадью 12 га девелопер сможет построить 510 909 м² недвижимости, из которых 417 854 м² – жильё.

Как видно, за время прошедшее с общественных обсуждений проекта, которые были в марте 2022 года, жилая площадь проекта несколько увеличилась.

Предельная высота застройки составит 200 метров.

Также будут построены школа на 350 учеников и детский сад на 175 мест.

Ранее в сеть выложили концепцию застройки.
