Level Group присоединился к проекту MR Group по застройке участка на Рябиновой улице в Москве.

Компания «Левел Груп» вошла в число учредителей фирмы «Рябиновая 44», связанной со структурами MR Group.

Как следует из результатов инженерно-геодезических изысканий, фирма «Рябиновая 44» является владелицей земельного участка площадью 0,9 га по адресу: Рябиновая улица, вл. 44/1, на котором собирается построить производственный комплекс.

Данный участок граничит с территорией Московского Комбината Шампанских Вин (МКШВ), у генерального директора которого есть ряд совместных компаний с ЗПИФом под управлением «УК «МР Капитал», связанной с MR Group.

Пока не ясно, идёт ли речь о строительстве новых производственных площадей для комбината в обмен на льготу по оплате за изменение вида разрешенного использования земли в жилых проектах, или нам следует ждать глобального девелоперского проекта на части территории Комбината шампанских вин.
