Черемушкинский суд Москвы вынес приговор экс-директору департамента развития бизнеса автодилерского холдинга Анатолию Кайро по делу о выводе ~₽4 млрд. Дополнительно ему назначили штраф в размере ₽500 тыс. Защита заявила, что обжалует приговор.
Кайро был задержан и попал под арест еще в 2019 году, а нелегально вывел деньги еще в 2014. Средства переводились на счета кипрской Panabel Limited. Дело в том, что акции он продавал по фиктивному договору и по нерыночной цене.
Эта ситуация с тем, что сейчас происходит в стране, никак не связна. Контроль движения капитала в России был, есть и будет.
