Так, предлагается внести изменения в статью об управлении транспортным средством водителем, находящимся в состоянии опьянения, увеличив штрафы за такое нарушение с 30 тыс. до 45 тыс. рублей, а также ввести штраф до 5 тыс. рублей за повторное управление автомобилем без полиса ОСАГО.
