Две экосистемы нашли общий язык на фоне технологического партнерства, в рамках которого будут объединены усилия по защите клиентов от спама и мошенничества, расширены возможности интеграции экосистем (пока подробностей нет, выясняем), а также расширена география присутствия «Тинькофф Мобайла» российских регионах.
Новыми регионами станут: Амурская, Астраханская, Нижегородская области, Забайкальский, Ставропольский и Хабаровский края, Ненецкий и Чукотский автономные округа, Кабардино-Балкарская, Карачаево-Черкесская, Чеченская республики, а также Дагестан, Якутия, Северная Осетия, Ингушетия и Калмыкия.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
