Процедуру банкротства инициировала хабаровская компания "Амур Машинери энд Сервисес", в своё время бывшая дилером компании Caterpillar в ДФО.
В отношении должника введена процедура наблюдения сроком на 6 месяцев.
Сумма исковых требований - чуть больше 6 млн рублей. Для такого гиганта как "Дальполиметалл", это смешные требования.
В то же время есть данные, что общая сумма задолженности "Дальполиметалла" перед хабаровской компанией превышает $286 млн, она подтверждена решениями судов по двум делам.
В мае 2024 года губернатор Приморья Олег Кожемяко заявил, что "Дальполиметалл" находится в сложном экономическом положении, не исключен вариант смены собственников.
