دکتر نازمحمد اونق، مدیر گروه تخصصی جامعه‌شناسی مصائب و بلایای طبیعی انجمن جامعه‌شناسی ایران است و پیش از این دبیر دفتر انجمن جامعه‌شناسی ایران در بجنورد بوده است. او دارای دکتری جامعه‌شناسی توسعه و عضو هیئت‌علمی گروه جامعه‌شناسی دانشگاه پیام نور در مرکز بجنورد است.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
