Презентация проекта прошла на выставке в Екатеринбурге, передает корреспондент РИА Новости. Современные составы будут из 8 или 16 вагонов с четырьмя классами обслуживания и вагоном-бистро с баром.

Планируется, что восьмивагонный состав будет вмещать до 460 пассажиров. Максимальная скорость поезда составит 400 километров в час.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
