Про буйного инородца известно, что он только недавно вышел из мест не столь отдалённых и находится в России нелегально. По какой причине он избежал депортации – неизвестно. Но это вопиющая халатность компетентных органов.
Или слишком ценный специалист, который поднимает экономику региона? Очень вряд ли.
