Ушёл в небесные обители наш друг и собрат Павел. Наша четвёрка потеряла очень важное звено. Вчера его похоронили со всеми воинскими почестями подобающими герою. Но хоть он и ушёл от нас видимым образом, он остаётся с нами в сердцах, в памяти. Теперь мы лучше осознал, каким он был драгоценным явлением для нашей малой братии. И почему «был»? Он есть и сейчас, только незримо, освободившийся от телесного бремени, радуется и сияет духом находясь где-то среди нас.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
