На страницах уральского сайта ЕАН, который со слов Борисова и К в нужном свете описывает проблему, выложено таки Постановление о возбуждении уголовного дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ. Только "группа поддержки" его выложила с одной целью - чтобы некий адвокат проанализировал его с точки зрения незаконности (не видя всей мошеннической схемы), а неожиданно для себя раскрыли другой секрет.
В постановлении нас (как и прокурора) в первую очередь интересует дата — оно вынесено 17 июня 2024г. Согласно ч.4 ст.46 УПК РФ гр. Борисов не только был с ним ознакомлен, но и получил копию этого постановления. И, конечно же, побежал искать не только адвоката, но и пытаться поднять общественный резонанс 👇 #ПереваловоБорисов

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
