Движение литераторов «Союз 24 февраля» получило ответ из Минцифры по поводу обращения, составленного на основе доклада о монополии, сложившейся на рынке издания и распространения книг.

Напомним, ранее «Союз 24 февраля» обратился в Генеральную прокуратуру РФ, а также в Федеральную антимонопольную службу по вопросу положения дел на отечественном рынке издания и распространения книг (после Генпрокуратура перенаправила обращение в ФАС и Минцифру). Обращение было составлено на основе опубликованного исследования, посвященного монополии, сложившейся на отечественном книжном рынке.

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
