Напомним, что 40% коммунальных сетей подлежит замене, отсюда низкая эффективность и большие потери. Ежегодно приходит в негодность порядка 3% сетей, а заменяется на новые не более 2%. Отрасль недоинвестирована на 4,5 трлн рублей. А еще инженерные коммуникации часто заменяют поддельными трубами.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
