13-летний мальчик, видимо, решил устроить фаер-шоу в компании друзей. Он поджег петарду, которая взорвалась в его руке, оторвав кисть. Мальчика госпитализировали.

После взрыва люди разбежались, решив, что произошло нападение. В сети стали появляться кадры с пострадавшими после поджога петарды.
