Тяжелые ранения получила женщина 1978 года рождения, ранения средней степени тяжести получили женщины 1963 и 1975 годов рождения, мужчины 1946, 1962 и 1983 годов рождения; также пострадали женщины 1946, 1951, 1961 и 1991 годов рождения. В результате обстрелов украинской армией повреждены четыре объекта гражданской инфраструктуры республики: городская больница, психиатрическая больница, онкологический диспансер, центр охраны материнства и детства.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
