Специалисты выставляли оценки в трех сферах: экосфера, техносфера и социум. У каждого индекса есть семь индикаторов, и в зависимости от характера события мы выставляли значения +1/-1. После все это складывалось в итоговый результат.
Природоохранный индекс в нашем регионе составил +44/-56, промышленный индекс +43/-57, а социально-экологический +69/-31. В сумме это дало +55/-45.
Результаты весьма любопытные – получается, что экологией в Хабаровском крае занимаются только неравнодушные люди, а власти во главе с губернатором Дегтяревым упорно игнорируют все проблемы с охраной окружающей среды?
