«Считаем, министерство ЖКХ региона при разработке территориальной схемы и подписании соглашения нарушило требования более 40 нормативно-правовых актов, указов президента РФ, постановлений и распоряжений правительства», – заявляют активисты.
Посмотрим, поможет ли это решить проблемы с вывозом мусора в краевой столице. Пока ясно лишь то, что приход самарского регоператора больно ударил по репутации губернатора Дегтярева.
