9 ноября 2021 Дмитрия Щурко задержали в очередной раз. Но он до сих пор сидит в СИЗО-7, его обвинили сразу по трем статьям УК. И вчера по ним вынесли приговор: колония и штраф.
Все три вменённые Дмитрию статьи были за слова в Интернете. В том числе за то, что в Youtube на своём крохотном канале (с 8 подписчиками) он выразил мнение про свой первый приговор (за "украденную у омоновца" на акции протеста рацию). Этим мнением было: "дело сфабриковано следователем и прокуратурой".

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
