Приготовление: ⠀ 🟢Сыр трём на крупной тёрке. 🟢Смешиваем все ингредиенты. 🟢Перекладываем тесто на сковороду и жарим под крышкой на среднем огне 6 минут, переворачиваем и ещё 4 минуты. 🟢Готовый хачапури смазываем сливочным маслом.
