Соответствующую поправку депутаты мажилиса уже внесли в законопроект по оптимизации Уголовного, Уголовно-исполнительного и Уголовно-процессуального кодексов и планируют принять в феврале. Об этом в среду в кулуарах мажилиса сообщил журналистам депутат Абзал Куспан.
По его словам, за это правонарушение предлагается ввести штраф. Однако сумму штрафа депутат не назвал, отметив, что в ходе обсуждения во втором чтении сумма может быть увеличена или уменьшена.
