В Воронежской области вчера случилось громкое задержание высокопоставленного сотрудника таможенной службы.
Евгения Филипенко – первого замначальника регионального управления таможни взяли с поличным. В момент ареста он забирал закладку ночью на Московском проспекте.
В свёртке с порошком находился амфетамин, 1,18 грамма.
По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело о незаконном приобретении и хранении наркотиков в крупном размере (ст.228 УК РФ).
Эта статья УК предусматривает до 10 лет тюремного заключения.
