Мало кто знает, но идея проекта зародилась еще в 2022 году. По концепции и разработанному сценарию было снято техническое видео, но для всех, кто его видел, оно было неинтересным и малозначимым. В проект никто не верил, а о возможности создания полноценного шоу не шло и речи. Было совершенно немалое количество попыток, много потраченных сил и времени, но — всё в пустую. Сдаваться не хотелось, так как ощущение того, насколько важно осветить такую проблему в обществе не покидало даже на секунду. И только партия «Новые люди» поддержали идею программы «Путь наверх», поверили в нее и, самое главное, помогли создать такой значимый и социально важный проект. «Люди важнее» — именно так звучит их лозунг. И теперь, мы понимаем, почему. Выражаем большую благодарность партии «Новые люди» за неравнодушие к проблемам нашего общества 🙏🏻🤍 #новыелюди

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
