В 2024 году объём льготной ипотеки снизился на 23,9% — до 3,6 трлн рублей. Всего же за год выдали 1,3 млн ипотечных кредитов (включая рыночную и льготную) на 4,9 трлн рублей, что в 1,5 раза меньше, чем в 2023-м.
