Вино тёмно-рубинового цвета, с ароматом красных фруктов и лёгкими пряными нотами. Во вкусе оно среднетелое, более лёгкое по сравнению со своими собратьями из центральных и северных регионов Италии, но с приятным фруктовым послевкусием.
Вино отлично сочетается с закусками и пастой под мясным соусом, пиццей, а также блюдами из красного мяса и обжаренным тунцом. Да и просто для поднятия настроения бокальчик Седары очень даже неплохо подходит 😉
