✉️Екатеринбургское «Яблоко» провело первый вечер писем политическим заключенным в 2025 году
Гостем вечера стал недавно освободившийся из СИЗО уральский правозащитник Алексей Соколов. Он известен деятельностью по защите прав граждан в местах лишения свободы. Сейчас ему самому грозит до четырех лет колонии - формально за публикацию логотипа запрещённой в России социальной сети, но на деле - за правозащитную деятельность и борьбу с пытками и издевательствами в системе ФСИН.
В своём выступлении Алексей поблагодарил за поддержку всех, кто пишет письма политическим заключённым в России, рассказал о том , с чем столкнулся он, будучи в заключении, и выразил признательность Партии «Яблоко» за работу по организации помощи ему и его семье.
Члены и сторонники партии 26 января подписали 27 открыток и отправили 15 писем политзаключенным со всей страны. Помощь в организации вечера писем оказали активисты Свердловского молодежного «Яблока».
Мы проводим вечера писем политическим заключенным ежемесячно, в последнее воскресенье. Следующий вечер писем запланирован на 23 февраля.
