Ранее местным приходилось сначала заниматься всей деятельностью в здании, построенном в 1969 году. Потом, когда оно было признано аварийным, пришлось перейти в сельсовет площадью всего 88 квадратных метров.
Долгое время посёлок подавал заявления на участие в краевой программе «Развитие культуры и туризма». Строительство нового дома началось только в этом году. На объекте обновили старое здание, достроили его и оснастили современным оборудованием.
Теперь у сотен людей есть место, где они могут заниматься творчеством. Но трудно себе представить, сколько ещё таких мест по всему региону. Хотелось бы верить, что губернатор Усс со своей командой приложат усилия и сделают так, чтобы люди больше не мучались в маленьких аварийных зданиях.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
