«Ввиду объективных процессов, таких как удорожание материалов и оборудования, мы просим поддержку в виде выделения дополнительного финансирования для завершения строительства важного объекта здравоохранения. Сейчас его готовность уже 77%», — подчеркнул глава региона.
Мощность онкоцентра составит 210 посещений в смену со стационаром на 180 коек и хозблоком. Здание будет состоять из четырёх блоков: поликлиники, операционной и стационара, который разместится в двух блоках. В онкоцентре можно будет получить полный спектр медпомощи по всем видам локализаций рака.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys.
