Электричество восстановили в Партизанском районе (Залесье, Мельники, Углекаменск, Хмыловка, часть Екатериновки, Владимиро-Александровское, Николаевка, часть Новицкого, Золотая Долина, Монакино, Молчаново), в Ольгинском округе (Новониколаевка, Ветка, Пермское) и в Чугуевском округе (Шумное, Изюбрино).
