Арбитражный суд Крыма сделал закрытым процесс о взыскании с Украины ущерба от водной блокады полуострова.
Напомним, сумма требований превышает 152 млрд. рублей. Ходатайство о том, чтобы сделать процесс закрытым подал истец - Совет министров Крыма. Представитель правительства пояснила, что это связано с необходимостью рассмотреть материалы о работе, в том числе режимных объектов. Аналогичные ходатайства подали министерства и ведомства республики, привлеченные в качестве третьих лиц.
Ответчиками по делу заявлены украинские министерство защиты окружающей среды и природных ресурсов, госагентство водных ресурсов и управление Северо-Крымского канала. @ruarbitr

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
