Арбитражный суд Москвы по заявлению ФНС России № 47 открыл конкурсное производство в отношении имущественной массы кипрского офшора, Retail Chain Properties Limited, подконтрольного бывшим владельцам банка «Траст» Илье Юрову, Николаю Фетисову и Сергею Беляеву.
Сумма долга офшора перед бюджетом превышает 208 млн. рублей. По сообщению «РИА Новости», компания сдавала в аренду помещения магазинов торговой сети Billa, которую в 2021 году приобрела «Лента».
Суды установили, что офшор ведёт свою деятельность исключительно в России и его банкротство на Кипре невозможно из-за санкционных ограничений. @ruarbitr

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
