Министерство юстиции Российской Федерации разработало законопроект, в соответсвии с которым, регистрация браков и разводов будет возможна через МФЦ.
Поправки вносятся в Семейный кодекс и ФЗ «Об актах гражданского состояния».
Регионы смогут самостоятельно разрешать в региональных законах возможность регистрации заключения и расторжения брака через МФЦ. Это даст возможность ускорить процедуру и сделать ее более доступной для граждан.
Регистрация брака в МФЦ будет возможна только в случае, если оба заявителя являются гражданами Российской Федерации и либо не состояли ранее в браке, либо их предыдущий брак был расторгнут на территории страны. @ruarbitr
