🚗Подозрительные автомобили в Вильнюсе: полиция проводит проверку
В редакцию Delfi обратились читатели, заметившие подозрительные автомобили на улицах Вильнюса. Один из них – Lada Vesta с белорусскими номерами, второй – машина с советской символикой.
📍Авто с белорусскими номерами 19 февраля утром Римвидас увидел Lada Vesta с белорусскими номерами на улице Осло и сообщил в полицию. Он даже проследил за машиной до улицы Сетино.
🔹 Таможня пояснила, что такие авто могут находиться в Литве в двух случаях:
• Если владелец – гражданин Беларуси с ВНЖ или визой, и авто используется в личных целях. • Если владелец – гражданин ЕС, живущий в Беларуси, который въехал на машине в ЕС для личного использования.
📍Автомобиль с советской символикой Другой читатель Линас сообщил о машине с оскорбительной надписью на стекле.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
