Екатерина Романовна писала: «…Я для неё сделала то, чего от меня не могли добиться мои родственники и друзья, я написала эти мемуары, так как она это непременно желала. Она единственная владелица их с тем условием, что они появятся только после моей смерти».
Статьи в «Записках» отражают три основных сюжета в личной и общественной жизни автора: участие во дворцовом перевороте 1762 года, благодаря которому на престол в России взошла Екатерина II; десятилетнее пребывание за границей для получения достойного образования сыном Павлом, где она проводила беседы с Дидро, Адамом Смитом, Вольтером; руководство двумя Академиями.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
