Полчаса назад ОМОН выгонял толпу этих "туристов" со двора между ТЦ "ВАНДА" и старым зданием Дома Быта на Фрунзе, 6, но они снова кучкуются в центре парковки. Списки на получение патентов составляют в автомобилях.

При этом рядом со зданием есть железные ограждения, за которыми они и должны стоять, не мешая проходу и проезду калининградцев.
