На брифинге по итогам обработки поданных гражданами страны деклараций о доходах было заявлено, что в 2022 году в Молдове насчитывалось 4810 миллионеров.
"За 2022 финансовый год 4 810 человек получили доходы в размере более 1 миллиона леев каждый (по сравнению с 4 007 в 2021 году). Полученный ими доход в общем составляет 17,69 миллиарда леев, с него был удержан налог в размере 1,45 миллиарда леев (в 2021 году доход составил 12,82 миллиарда леев, удержанный налог - 837,9 миллиона леев)", - отметили в ГНС.
Наибольшая сумма дохода, задекларированного физическим лицом в 2022 году, составила 43,8 миллиона леев

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
