Пронька был в составе штурмового взвода отряда «Русь» . Выполняя очередную задачу, в составе группы, получил легкое ранение. После оказания медицинской помощи, в составе эвакуационной группы выдвинулись на точку эвакуации, но во время движения попали под минометный обстрел противником, в результате получил ещё одно ранение не совместимое с жинью.
Пронька не первую командировку работал на данном направление, и проявил себя как добросовестный и мужественный боец, выполняя поставленные задачи.
